Price Match Guarantee Policy

At Bhoomi Pottery, we are committed to offering competitive prices for genuine, high-quality pottery supplies and equipment. If you find a lower price for the same product from an eligible UAE competitor, we’ll match it — subject to the conditions below.

What Qualifies for a Price Match

We will match the item price only (excluding VAT and shipping) if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is identical in brand, model, specification, and condition
  • The product is in stock with both Bhoomi Pottery and the competitor
  • The competitor is an authorized UAE-based seller (online or physical store)
  • The price is from a publicly available UAE website or official, unaltered quote/invoice
  • The quote must be dated within the last 7 days
What Doesn’t Qualify
  • Products sold by unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers
  • Used, refurbished, open-box, or damaged items
  • Listings from Amazon, Noon, or similar marketplaces, unless sold directly by an authorized distributor
  • Items on clearance, bundle deals, flash sales, or other limited-time promotions
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items on backorder or out of stock
  • Competitors outside the UAE
  • Pricing errors, typos, or obvious misprints
How to Request a Price Match

Submit your request before placing an order by emailing or WhatsApping us with:

  • A direct link to the competitor’s product page or
  • A clear, unedited copy of the full quote or invoice
  • The date of the quote (must be within 7 days)
  • Confirmation that the seller is UAE-based and an authorized distributor

Bhoomi Pottery will independently verify the seller’s business registration, location, and distributor status. We will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of the decision.

Note: Price match requests must be submitted before completing your order. Approved price matches will be applied manually.

Our Right to Refuse

Bhoomi Pottery reserves the right to:

  • Deny any request that doesn’t meet the above criteria
  • Limit the number of price match claims per customer
  • Withdraw or change this policy at any time without notice

Bhoomi Pottery’s decision regarding any Price Match request is final, non-negotiable, and not subject to appeal. By submitting a request, the customer agrees to accept the outcome without dispute, challenge, or legal recourse.
