The Tucker’s Cone Art Kiln model 2322D is the newest kiln in Cone Art’s line up offers all the power of a 2322D in a marginally smaller package. It fires easily to a true cone 10.

With a 23.5” interior diameter this kiln is suited for 21” diameter shelves, yet with the 22.5” interior height it’s just a little easier to reach the bottom. Built with 3 thermocouples and the same power as its 27” deep cousin, this model can easily fire hot, fast, and evenly.

Double wall construction keeps energy efficiency high, and our standard element in the floor helps to ensure even firings every time. Just like the deeper models, this kiln easily disassembles into 3 sections for easy delivery.

This is an ideal kiln for those who have a challenge reaching the bottom of standard sized kilns.

Features & Benefits

It is a double insulated kiln with 2 ½” of premium firebrick plus 1″ of block insulation. This double wall insulation ensures a safer, cooler jacket and approximately 30% energy savings over single wall kilns.

The 2322D kiln comes equipped with Cone Art’s patented lid lifter at no extra charge, making lid lifting a single finger operation compared to a 2-person job with other kilns.

The heavy-duty Kanthal A-1 elements are standard along with a floor element for more even firings.

The jacket and fittings are all stainless steel or corrosion resistant metal.

The 2322D is equipped with the Wi-Fi  enabled Bartlett Genesis Touchscreen electronic controller which is mounted on an angled easy view control panel. The extra zone control comes standard at NO EXTRA CHARGE for excellent temperature control.
