2. Products & Orders
  • We sell physical pottery-related products only. No digital goods or subscriptions are provided.
  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Bhoomi Pottery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship within the UAE and all GCC countries.
  • Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance in their country.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed over to the courier.

4. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in AED and include VAT (if applicable).
  • Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.).
  • We do not store or process your card details on our own servers.

5. Promotions & Discounts
  • Promotional codes and discounts are offered at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any promotion at any time, without prior notice.
  • Some promotions may be valid only on specific products and may have usage limits.

6. Communication

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to receive:

  • Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
  • Promotional messages via email or WhatsApp (you can opt out anytime)

7. Warranty, Returns & Refunds
  • All sales are final unless a product is confirmed to be defective.
  • Warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer’s conditions, not Bhoomi Pottery’s.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to our full Return & Refund Policy.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
