Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Bhoomi Pottery does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than confirmed manufacturer defects.
Returns for Defective Products Only
We only accept returns if the product is proven to have a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced.
All other sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- It must be in original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition
- All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Return shipments must be prepaid by the customer
- Consumable products (clays, glazes, raw materials, tools) are strictly non-returnable, even if unopened
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Shipping & Inspection
- Customers must cover return shipping costs upfront
- If the product is confirmed defective after inspection, Bhoomi Pottery will reimburse the return shipping fee
- If no defect is found:
- No refund will be issued
- The product will be returned to the customer at their own expense
Refund Method
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed via bank transfer only, regardless of original payment method
- Store credit is offered at customer's choice
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date the manufacturer confirms the defect and authorizes the refund.

Claims without complete documentation may be delayed or denied.
